Job summary

About Early Years Ltd. is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Luton. You will support children throughout the day, delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions to nurture early phonics, reading, writing and maths. Competitive weekly pay £465-£500.

Work with experienced teachers to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment and help each child build confidence and a love of learning. Immediate or September start.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Experience in education, childcare, or nursery is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to commute to Luton.

Responsibilities

• Support children throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom.
• Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group interventions.
• Assist with early phonics, reading, writing, maths, and creative learning activities.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and personal development.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work closely with experienced teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
