Milk Education is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Liverpool (L20) on a long-term basis. You will provide general classroom support in EYFS, helping children with early development and social skills within a supportive team.

You will assist with phonics, reading, writing, and maths activities, promote inclusion and positive behaviour, and help with lesson prep and assessment tasks. The role starts after October half term and is Full Time.

Qualificações

• Recent and relevant experience working in an educational setting.
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent)
• A passion for supporting KS1 pupils
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
• Ability to follow guidance from the class teacher and work effectively as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Provide general classroom support to the class teacher and EYFS pupils
• Support children's learning through group work, interventions, and focused 1:1 support
• Assist with the delivery of phonics, early reading, writing, and maths activities
• Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and emotional development
• Support with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and observation/assessment tasks
