Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Prescot. You will support the class teacher in EYFS, helping with resources and maintaining a nurturing learning environment. The post starts immediately and runs until July 2027.

You will promote inclusion, respond to individual needs, assist with planning and deliver catch-up sessions to help children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, within the past two years.
• Must have a passion for education.
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

EYFS Teaching Assistant - Prescot

Milk Education is working with a primary school in Prescot, who are seeking a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher in EYFS setting. We are also working with nurseries!
This temporary EYFS Teaching Assistant role is starting immediately and will continue until July 2027

The School is looking for someone who is caring, patient, nurturing and accommodating to all children's needs. The hours of work are 08:30 am- 15:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

This EYFS Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting the class teacher in the day-to-day set-up and running of the EYFS classroom, ensuring all children are kept on task and learning to their full potential. You will be responsible for getting resources ready for the day, and you will provide a patient and nurturing learning environment for every child.

Teaching Assistant- Role & Responsibilities:

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children
