Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a Nursery Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Liverpool, L5. This long-term posting starts immediately and runs until January 2027. You will support in the Nursery, help deliver catch-up sessions, and collaborate with the class teacher on planning and resources.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working in a school or similar setting.
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting in the Nursery setting, responding to all children's individual needs
• Helping deliver catch-up sessions to close learning gaps
• Working alongside the class teacher on lesson planning and adapting resources
• Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong
