Connex Education Partnership is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant for a primary school in the Wavertree area of Liverpool. The role is full-time with an immediate start, based in a Reception class supporting a pupil 1:1, including pupils with ASD and challenging behaviour.

Hours are 8:30-3:30, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for permanent recruitment and ongoing professional development. Applicants should have EYFS experience and GCSEs, a current DBS (or willingness to apply),

• Level 2/3 TA qualification desirable; those with relevant school experience will also be considered.

Salary: £90-110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school located in the Wavertree area of Liverpool. This school is seeking a nuturing and committed Teaching Assistant to join them on a full-time basis with an immediate start.

This role will be based in a Reception class working alongside a team of support staff. This role is working 1:1 to help support a pupil in the class with additional needs - experience with ASD and challenging behaviour is essential. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-3:30. Opportunities for permanent recruitment available for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable; however, those with relevant school experience will also be considered.
