Job description

EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Birmingham

Duration: Full-time, September 2025

Pay: £85 – £100

The School/role:

I am working with a fantastic, welcoming school that are seeking a passionate and resilient Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their team. This school in Birmingham strives to provide the best quality teaching and learning with an inclusive and personalised curriculum. This is a full-time post and will run until the end of the academic year located in their special provision resource base at the school.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced supporting children alongside children with a range of different academic attainment levels. It is essential that these students have a SEN Teaching Assistant to act as a positive role model as well as good academic knowledge to provide lesson support. This will require patience, commitment and the ability to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment.
