Job summary

Aspire People in Radcliffe are assisting a welcoming primary school to recruit an experienced EYFS Teacher for a full-time fixed-term post from January 2027 to July 2027. The role involves teaching within the 2-3 year-old provision and leading activities in the Reception class during afternoon sessions, with a strong emphasis on nurturing children's development and high-quality early years provision.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Ability to work with both nursery-aged and Reception-aged children.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding in schools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS learning opportunities.
• Teach within the 2-3-year-old provision and Reception class.
• Support children's communication, language and personal development.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including staff training.
