Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting EYFS Teachers to support primary schools across Nursery and Reception settings in the Manchester area.

We are seeking creative, nurturing teachers who can provide high-quality early years education and establish a solid learning foundation. Opportunities include daily supply, long-term, and permanent roles with competitive rates and consultant support.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons and activities.

• Observe, assess and track pupil progress.
• Support children with SEND and additional needs.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and EYFS team.

EYFS Teacher - Nursery & Reception

Aspire People are recruiting EYFS Teachers to support primary schools across a range of Nursery and Reception settings.

We are looking for creative, nurturing and enthusiastic teachers who can provide high-quality early years education and create a positive foundation for children's learning.

The Role:

• Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons and activities
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children's communication, language and early development
• Developing early phonics, literacy and numeracy skills
• Using play-based learning to support children's development
• Observing, assessing and tracking pupil progress
• Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider EYFS team
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Previous EYFS experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Creative, patient and nurturing approach
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about early childhood development
• Committed to safeguarding and inclusion
