Job summary

Aspire People is assisting a welcoming community primary school in Radcliffe to recruit an experienced EYFS Teacher for a full-time temporary post from January 2027 to July 2027.

The role involves teaching in the 2-3-year-old provision and leading the Reception class during afternoons, delivering high-quality early years provision and supporting children's social, emotional and academic development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching in the EYFS framework.
• Strong classroom management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS learning opportunities.
• Teach within the 2-3-year-old provision and Reception class.
• Support children's communication, language and personal development.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress accurately.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with support staff and the wider EYFS team.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including staff training and development.
