Here at Hays, we are currently recruiting for an EYFS Teacher in Term 5 to provide nurturing, high-quality education. We are working with a local central Bristol school that creates a fun, play-based learning environment in which children can thrive. This BS1 school is looking for a teacher to work full-time in this EYFS classroom. The school is accessible via a public bus route and has a car park.
Your new role
As an EYFS Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)
• Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assessing and tracking children’s progress
• Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the nursery experience
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with parents and families
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
