Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher – Winchester

Location: Winchester
Start Date: January 2026
⏰ Contract: Full-time | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Paid to scale (£168 £232)

About the Role

Supply Desk is seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Specialist Teacher for a full-time position at a welcoming 2-form entry Village primary school in Winchester. This Ofsted-rated “Good” school is part of a supportive trust and has a strong focus on outdoor learning and child-centred development.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative Early Years team, planning alongside a year group partner. The school is known for its excellent academic performance and polite and hardworking children. This is a long-term role with the potential to extend for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified and experienced EYFS Teacher with a strong track record

  • Experience managing and working collaboratively with two shared LSAs
  • Excellent knowledge of phonics (Little Wandle preferred)
  • Proven ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
  • A passionate educator committed to delivering engaging and effective early years teaching
