Empowering Learning is working on behalf of a well-established and inclusive primary school in Oldham to recruit a full-time EYFS Teacher to start in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing teacher who is passionate about early years development and committed to delivering child-centred learning.

Role Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and purposeful lessons in line with the EYFS framework

• Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence

• Monitoring pupil progress and tailoring learning to individual needs

• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Working collaboratively with TAs and EYFS staff to enhance provision

What We're Looking For:

• QTS or equivalent, with EYFS teaching experience

• Sound knowledge of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum

• A proactive and creative approach to teaching

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Commitment to high standards and ongoing professional development
