Job summary

Birchen Coppice Primary Academy in Kidderminster is seeking a TA2 to join our EYFS team. The role requires an Early Years Practitioner qualification recognised by the DfE and EYFS experience.

The post is permanent, 27 hours per week during term time plus 5 inset days, with NJC salary grade 05–06 (£16,080–£16,335 actual). Interviews w/c 12th October 2026; robust safeguarding checks apply, including enhanced DBS.

Birchen Coppice Primary Academy is currently looking for a TA2 to join our dedicated, friendly EYFS team. The candidate must hold a relevant Early Years Practitioner qualification as recognised by the DfE along with experience of working within an early years setting.
