Job summary

Birchen Coppice Primary Academy invites a dedicated TA2 to join our EYFS team in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will be committed to providing an excellent education for all pupils and will be a reflective practitioner dedicated to ongoing professional development.

The post is 27 hours per week, term time only plus 5 inset days, with NJC 05–06 salary (£16,080–£16,335 actual). DBS check required; interviews w/c 12 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant Early Years Practitioner qualification recognised by the DfE.
• Experience of working within an early years setting.

Birchen Coppice Primary Academy is currently looking for a TA2 to join our dedicated, friendly EYFS team. The candidate must hold a relevant Early Years Practitioner qualification as recognised by the DfE along with experience of working within an early years setting.
