Remedy Education is seeking an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant for a vibrant SEN Primary School in Brentwood. The role supports students with special educational needs, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN.
• Empathy and patience in supporting individual learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
