Job summary

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool in Fleet is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development in a caring, safe setting.

The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to build trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support developmental milestones
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, engage their minds and foster a love of learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and involve parents/carers to support children's holistic development
