Job summary

Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS Practitioner for a permanent, full-time role in Buckhurst Hill / Epping, Essex. Start date is immediate and salary ranges £1,800–£2,300 per month.

You will support a preschool team with play-based learning, focusing on communication, social and early literacy development, while following the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies. Essential qualifications include Level 2/3 EYFS, experience in preschool settings, good

Qualifications

Essential Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
Experience working in a preschool, nursery or EYFS setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of high-quality early years education and play-based activities.
Work with the preschool team to support children's development.
Plan and deliver engaging activities suited to ages and developmental needs.
Support children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with EYFS.
Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating learning environment; follow safeguarding policies.
