Teach Plus is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Southall, Ealing to recruit an EYFS Phase Leader for February 2027. This full-time, 1-year contract leads the EYFS phase and drives high-quality teaching to support children's early development.

The role focuses on curriculum development, staff development and creating a nurturing environment with strong partnerships with families and the local community.

Formación

• QTS or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience as EYFS Phase Leader or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and assessment.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service or willingness to obtain clearance.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EYFS phase across Nursery and Reception, in line with EYFS.
• Develop an engaging, inclusive EYFS curriculum for early years.
• Monitor pupil progress and inform planning to raise attainment.
• Coach and develop EYFS staff, promoting collaboration.
• Oversee indoor/outdoor environments to support play and learning.
• Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals.
