Teach Plus is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Southall, London Borough of Ealing, to recruit an EYFS Phase Leader for a February 2027 start. This full-time, 1-year contract offers an exciting opportunity to lead the EYFS phase, drive high-quality teaching and learning, and support staff development.

The successful candidate will shape curriculum development, lead practice, and ensure provision meets diverse learner needs within a supportive primary school setting.

Qualificações

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience leading EYFS phase with strong leadership.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EYFS phase, Nursery and Reception, in line with the EYFS framework.
• Develop an engaging, inclusive EYFS curriculum for communication, literacy and numeracy.
• Monitor pupil progress and use assessment data to inform planning and raise attainment.
• Coach and develop EYFS teachers and support staff.
• Oversee stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments to encourage exploration.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals.
