Job summary

Randstad Education in Horley is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a dedicated childcare team on a permanent basis. The role runs full-time from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a salary of £14-£16 per hour depending on experience.

As a Key Person you will contribute to high-quality early development, maintain progress records, and collaborate closely with parents and colleagues in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and early education aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Design and implement engaging, creative activities that support individual developmental milestones.
• Serve as a Key Person, monitoring child progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with parents, carers, and the broader team.
• Uphold safe, inclusive and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
