Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a GOOD-rated nursery in Wolverhampton. The role runs Monday to Friday, 37 hours weekly from November 2026 to Easter 2027, for ages 3–5, with strong EYFS focus and KS progression awareness.

You will work as a keyworker in a 3–5-year-old class, supporting development, communication and readiness for Reception, while collaborating with teachers and TAs in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Required Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification.
• Extensive experience as a child keyworker.
• Previous UK school experience essential.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Safeguarding knowledge and promoting children's welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 3–5 within a nursery class, encouraging learning and wellbeing.
• Act as a keyworker for a group of children, building positive relationships.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned to EYFS.
