Kiddies Cabin Day Nursery, run within Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a Nursery Nurse to provide daily care and play-based learning for a small key group of children aged six months to reception. You will contribute to development records and work with the Team Leader to ensure high standards of childcare.

The role emphasizes EYFS-based activities, safeguarding, inclusive practice, and collaboration with Early Years and SENCO teams.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 in childcare or GOV.UK equivalent.
• Experience working with children and teamwork.
• Experience caring for children with special needs.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily care and a stimulating environment for a key group of children aged six months to reception.
• Deliver EYFS-based activities and play to support every area of development.
• Compile and maintain development records and report to the Team Leader at agreed intervals.
• Build strong relationships with children and their families as a key carer.
• Support children with special needs and demonstrate inclusive practice with the nursery and area SENCO.
• Plan engaging activities that help children become independent, creative and confident.
