Rise Park Academies is seeking a motivated class learning support assistant to work predominantly in the EYFS, with opportunities to support other year groups in due course.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification; this qualification is essential. The role focuses on building positive relationships, supporting learning and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with pupils and use varied strategies to meet individual needs.
• Able to engage and enthuse pupils to participate in sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support in EYFS and potentially other year groups as required.
• Collaborate with class teacher, year group leader and LSAs to plan and deliver activities.
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment inside and outside the classroom.
