Qualifications

• Completion of a Level 2 childcare qualification (level 3 desirable).
• Dedication and enthusiasm for children's learning and development.
• Experience or training in safeguarding principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through play.
• Ensure safety and well-being of the children.
• Deliver high-quality learning experiences as a key worker.

Skills

General education including GCSE in English and Maths (Grade C or above)

Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage

Up to date safeguarding training

Understanding of safeguarding children's welfare
