• Develop positive relationships with pupils using a range of strategies to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, year group leaders and other LSAs.
• Engage and enthuse pupils to participate in sessions.
• Support in developing an engaging learning environment inside and outside the classroom.
