Job summary

The Keys Academy Trust invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant at St Nicholas CofE Primary in the EYFS team. This fixed-term role is 17 hours per week across term time with a half-hour lunchtime duty. Trust-wide CPD access is included, and Enhanced DBS plus past-employer checks are required.

• Previous experience of working with children.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional needs across EYFS.
• Establish positive relationships with pupils.
• Support pupils with activities that build literacy and numeracy skills.
• Promote positive behaviour and help keep pupils on track.
• Assist with displaying and presenting pupils' work.
• Work in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice and school policies and procedures.
• Lunchtime duty (half an hour, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday).
