Qualifications

• EYFS experience required.
• Ability to supervise and provide learning support for pupils in groups, pairs or individually.
• Assist with development of individual education and behavioural plans.
• Establish trusting relationships with pupils and communicate according to individual needs.
• Encourage pupil interaction with the class and activities.
• Provide feedback to pupils and teachers on progress and problems.
• Prepare resources and maintain an orderly, supportive environment.
• Uphold child protection and data protection policies.
• Supervise pupils on school trips.
