Protocol Education are working with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in West Drayton seeking an inspirational Early Years Lead & Reception Class Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

This full-time, temporary role combines leadership across EYFS with teaching Reception, offering a competitive salary and a clear pathway to impact across Early Years until July 2027 with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching within EYFS, ideally Reception
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
• Leadership experience or readiness to take on Early Years leadership responsibilities
• Passionate about providing outstanding learning opportunities for young children
• Excellent communication, organisation and team-working skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of EYFS provision across the school
• Deliver engaging and creative teaching within Reception
• Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Work closely with colleagues, senior leaders and families to ensure the best outcomes for children
• Support curriculum development, assessment and continuous improvement within EYFS
