Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School Leigh is seeking an experienced EYFS Lead to drive the development of our Reception provision. You will lead the EYFS team, shape an ambitious curriculum and ensure excellent start to education for our pupils.

The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of EYFS pedagogy, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice within a Catholic school community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in Early Years (EYFS).
• Strong understanding of EYFS statutory framework and pedagogy.
• Ability to raise outcomes in Early Years.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and quality of provision across Reception.
• Develop an ambitious, well-sequenced EYFS curriculum.
• Monitor teaching and progress; coach colleagues to improve practice.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
