EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant

Liverpool L7 Area

£85-95 per day (depending on experience/qualifications)

About the Role

Connex Education are working exclusively with a fantastic primary school located in the L7 area of Liverpool. This school is seeking potentially 2 x teaching assistants to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis, leading to contracts directly with the school. These roles will either be in their EYFS or KS1 departments – and may also involve helping to support pupils with SEN.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable, however those with relevant school experience, will be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt to different learning.
• Knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum, including Read Write Inc
• Experience working with pupils with SEN desirable.
• It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
