We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Class Teacher to join our team. (ECTs are welcome to apply!)

Position: EYFS Class Teacher

Location: Grays

Salary: £125 - £240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800), depending on experience and qualifications

Contract Type: Full-time (part-time options available)

Start date: September (or earlier if available)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students.
  2. Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs, supporting and challenging all learners.
  3. Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated.
  4. Assessment and Feedback: Use various assessment strategies to monitor progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching accordingly.
  5. Collaborative Planning: Work with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects that enhance learning experiences.
  6. Parental Engagement: Maintain open communication with parents and carers, providing updates and involving them in their child's education.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS1/EYFS
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, innovative teaching approach with a passion for quality education
