EYFS Class Teacher – Primary School – Croydon

Role: EYFS Teacher

Salary: MPS1 – UPS2 (Outer London)

Location: Borough of Croydon

Start Date: September 2025

Purpose of the role:

Our primary phase is highly successful in supporting students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to achieve well and realize their potential. We are seeking an exceptional EYFS Teacher responsible for the academic progress of their students, continually driving and improving achievement.

The appointed teacher will work under the direction of the Vice Principal, be committed to professional development, contribute to a positive working atmosphere, and promote high standards of education to achieve the best outcomes for students and staff development.

The successful EYFS Teacher will:

• Meet the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards
• Teach and support their year group with a collaborative team
• Ensure all children are treated equally, regardless of gender, social, or cultural backgrounds
• Provide a suitable learning environment that helps pupils acquire and consolidate knowledge, skills, and understanding in all subjects
• Be prepared to evaluate their teaching critically and use feedback to improve effectiveness
