Our motivation is that every child can achieve their developmental milestones with the right support. We understand where the children are in their learning journey and provide the necessary scaffolding to help them progress. If you share this philosophy and are eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners, we would love to hear from you.

We will play to your strengths and can offer you:

• A range of benefits, including a cycle-to-work scheme, free parking, an employee discount scheme, health cashback plan, provision of an iPad, and a commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition initiatives through the Trust’s people strategy and well-being committee;
