Essential UK Experience: Direct experience within a UK EYFS classroom supporting pupils with additional needs (e.g., ASD, Speech & Language delays, ADHD, or physical requirements).
Specialised Intervention: Ability to adapt play-based learning tasks to match individual support plans (EHCPs) and carry out speech or sensory routines.
Safeguarding & Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for a new check through Randstad).
