Job summary

The Graduate Network is seeking an EYFS Learning Support Assistant in Wolverhampton for September 2026 to July 2027. This role provides dedicated 1:1 SEN support for a non-verbal pupil with autism in a nurturing EYFS setting.

You will help the pupil access learning, follow routines, develop communication, adapt activities, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to give progress feedback. The school is Good-rated, with emphasis on inclusion, structured routines, and play-based learning

Qualifications

• Degree - a 2:2 or above in any subject.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a non-verbal pupil with autism within EYFS.
• Help the pupil access learning, follow routines, develop communication and feel secure in the classroom.
• Adapt activities, support engagement through play-based learning, and work with the class teacher and SENCO to give progress feedback.
