Zest Optical, in partnership with a leading eyewear supplier, is recruiting a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to cover the East Midlands. This role involves managing an existing portfolio of independent optical accounts and developing new business with practice owners and decision-makers.

You will present eyewear collections, drive revenue growth, visit customers across the region, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to support growth. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B field sales or account management is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills needed.
• Proactive in developing new business and growing territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop independent optical accounts across East Midlands.
• Build relationships with practice owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Present eyewear collections to practices and drive revenue growth.
• Visit customers across the region and provide account support.
• Analyse territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at events and with marketing teams.
