Zest Optical, in partnership with a leading eyewear supplier, is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover the East Midlands. Ambitious candidates will develop relationships with independent optical practices and expand the current customer base while pursuing new business opportunities.

You will take a consultative, relationship-led approach, understanding practice needs, presenting eyewear collections, and driving commercial opportunities across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in optical or eyewear industry is advantageous.
• B2B field sales or account management experience required.
• Strong commercial awareness with proactive growth mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with practice owners and key decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the East Midlands.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop a portfolio of independent optical accounts across the East Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with practice owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across the territory.
• Present and sell a diverse portfolio of eyewear collections to optical practices.
• Drive revenue growth across both new and existing customer accounts.
• Regularly visit customers across the region to showcase new collections and provide ongoing account support.
• Analyse territory and account performance to identify opportunities for further growth.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and become a trusted commercial partner to practices.
• Represent the business at exhibitions, trade events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to support overall business growth.
