Optegra has an exciting new opportunity in Birmingham for an Account Development Manager to drive referrals to our cataract services. You will lead a large referral network through optometrists, promoting patient benefits and hospital pathways, while building robust relationships with referrers and internal teams.

You will manage your diary, travel to clinics, and work closely with colleagues to deliver strong results.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales track record in territory sales.
• Strong relationship management with referrers.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Develop a large referral base of patients through high street opticians and promote Optegra Cataract services.
• Drive patient referrals by highlighting benefits and streamlined pathways; nurture relationships with referrers and hospitals.
• Manage own diary, plan visits, and collaborate with hospital teams to grow the business.
