Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast Group in England is seeking a skilled Machine Setter to ensure safe, efficient operation of the extrusion cell. You will perform first-line maintenance, set machines, support changeovers and monitor process control to sustain output.

Working with the Operational Team Leader, you will apply your mechanical and electrical knowledge, follow procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining high quality standards and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive training will be provided on equipment, processes and quality.
• Ability to assess risk and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• NVQ Level 2 Mechanical or Electrical (or equivalent) is essential.
• Demonstrable understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and first-line maintenance safely and effectively.
