Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker at Wooldridge View, New Milton, to assist residents with daily living and help maintain independence. The role focuses on dignity, respect, and person-centred care within our Extra Care Scheme.

Full training is provided, with guaranteed hour contracts available. Roles involve shifts from early morning to evenings, with weekend rota involvement and opportunities for career progression through our Training programs.

Salary: From £12.80 per hour We are currently recruiting Support Workers/Care Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team at Wooldridge View in New Milton Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding career in health and social care, we would love to hear from you Full training is provided and guaranteed hours may be available

Shift Patterns

• Morning shifts: 07:00 - 14:00
• Evening shifts: 16:00 - 21:00
• Long day shifts (07:00 - 21:00 with a 1-hour break)
• Rota-based work with alternate weekend availability required

About the Role

As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement
