SCA Care is seeking a Female* Extra Care Support Worker for Gore Grange, New Milton, BH25 6SB. You will deliver person-centered care in residents’ own flats, helping with daily living while promoting independence and dignity. Training is provided and guaranteed hours may be available.

There are varied shifts (7:00–14:00, 16:00–21:00, or 07:00–21:00 with breaks) and a focus on wellbeing, social inclusion, and teamwork within the Extra Care scheme.

Salary: From £12.80 per hour

We are currently recruiting Support Workers/Care Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team at Gore Grange in New Milton.

Shift Patterns Available

• Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00
• Evening shifts: 16:00 – 21:00
• Long day shifts (07:00 - 21:00 with a 1-hour break)
• Rota-based work with alternate weekend availability required

About the Role – Support Worker / Care Assistant

As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.

• 6 weeks paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
