PSR Solutions are recruiting an Extra Care Scheme Manager for a leading care provider specialising in domiciliary and extra care in Horsham. This permanent full-time role offers £ up to 42,000 per annum and a 40-hour week with staff benefits and on-site parking.

You will lead operations, administration, care and people management, ensuring service delivery meets regulatory standards and budgets. Driving licence preferred and DBS checks required.

A leading care provider who specialise in Domiciliary Care and Extra Care are looking for an Extra Care Scheme Manager to join their team.

What the service is offering and details of this Registered Manager position:

• A permanent contract working full time, 40 hours per week

As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership, administration, care, and people management functions. You will be required to maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed and within the financial budget or other parameters set.

The skills, qualifications and qualities required in a Registered Manager:

• Driving licence (preferred)
• Extra Care Experience (Essential)
• CQC Registration or willing to work towards getting CQC Registration
• Efficient, organised and experienced care professional
• Passionate about providing the best care
