Job summary

Creative Support is seeking an Extra Care Registered Manager for Cecil Gardens in Hull to lead person-centred care and the operational management of the service with a wider senior team.

The post requires a warm, proactive approach, empathy and the ability to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings and some weekends, to support residents and their families and to collaborate with health and social care partners.
