Housing 21 is looking for Care Workers to join our friendly team across South London schemes where residents live independently in their own apartments with shared lounges, gardens, cafes and hair salons.

You’ll be paid by the hour (£13.86) with a full-time equivalent around £25,295 (based on 35 hours per week). We offer benefits, training, and a clear path to progression through our Extra Care Academy.

Mansioni

• Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions such as paying bills.
• Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary.
• Encouraging and enabling residents to follow agreed care plans.
• Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, personal care including washing/bathing and dressing, and helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, while ensuring medication is taken as required.
• Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service and keeping managers and key agencies informed of progress.
