Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is seeking an experienced External Site Manager for a major residential development in South East London. The role focuses on delivering external works across a large, multi-phase project.

You will coordinate landscaping, paving, drainage and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality while reporting progress to the senior site team and stakeholders throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• External works/public realm experience on major residential schemes.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required; knowledge of mixed brickwork and precast facades.
• Experience managing external subcontractors across multiple blocks/phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage external works across a large residential development.

External Site Manager - Major Residential Development, South East London

Duration: Long-term (temp to perm)

A leading residential developer is looking for an experienced External Site Manager to join a major residential development in South East London.

This is a large-scale, multi-phase development comprising 500+ residential units, alongside extensive landscaping, public realm, commercial space and associated infrastructure. The project is well underway and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the external works package.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of external works across the development, coordinating multiple subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.
