Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Ground Worker for work across Sandwell and surrounding areas. This hands-on role covers external maintenance on residential properties, focusing on fencing, paving, gates, and brickwork repairs.

You will diagnose defects, maintain safety standards, and use PDA/mobile tools to update orders. A valid UK driving licence, DBS check, and NVQ2 in construction are required.

Qualifications

• Strong groundwork and external maintenance experience.
• Experience with fencing, flagging, gates, and brickwork pointing.
• Experience in residential or tenanted properties and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out external fencing repairs and replacement works.
• Install, repair and replace gates and external structures.
• Complete flagging and paving repairs to paths and external areas.
• Carry out pointing and minor brickwork repairs.
• Maintain safe, tidy working areas and record work orders on PDA.
