Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a social housing maintenance contractor covering Leeds and surrounding areas. The role involves a range of external repairs, groundwork, drainage, concreting, fencing, and paving across tenanted and void properties.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, with experience in occupied homes and a strong commitment to health and safety standards. A CSCS card is required, and a van with a fuel card will be provided.

• NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned external repairs to social housing properties.
• Complete groundwork and reinstatement works including flagging and paving repairs.
• Perform kerbing works and concrete repairs/paths.
• Carry out tarmac patching and drainage repairs/ installations.
• Execute excavation and trenching tasks.
• Install and repair fencing, gates, posts, and boundary structures.

A CSCS card is required and ideally an NVQ level 2 in groundworks. A van and fuel card will be provided.
