Anchor Group Services is seeking an External Cleaning Operative to join our team at Trident Retail Park in Runcorn. This is a hands-on outdoor role focused on maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and tenants.

You will perform litter picking, waste removal, and general external cleaning duties across the retail park. Training is provided; previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Job Title: External Cleaning Operative

Working Hours: 08:00-13:00, 3 days perweek (days will vary according to the rota) - 15 hours per week

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Location: Trident Retail Park, Runcorn,Cheshire, WA7 2FQ

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Servicesfor an External Cleaning Operative to join our team at Trident Retail Park inRuncorn.

This is a hands-on outdoor role where you will play a key partin maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and tenants. The role primarily involves litter picking, waste removal, emptyingbins and carrying out general external cleaning duties across the retail park.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual whotakes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can deliver highstandards of cleanliness across the site. Previous cleaning experience isbeneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties Include:

• Operating site-specific cleaning equipment and machinery whererequired.
  
• Following all Health & Safety and COSHH procedures at alltimes.
  
• Providing a professional and friendly presence on site wheninteracting with customers and tenants.
  
• Undertaking any otherreasonable duties as requested by site management.
  

Requirements

• A reliable and dependable approach to work.

• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining highstandards.

• Physically capable of carrying out manual duties, includinglitter picking and waste removal.
  
• Previous cleaning, grounds maintenance or facilitiesexperience is desirable but not essential.
  
• An understanding of Health& Safety and COSHH regulations is advantageous.
