Job summary

Anchor Group Services is recruiting two Cleaning Operatives to join the site cleaning team at the Orega Tootal Building in Manchester. Roles include 13:00-15:00 (10 hours/week) and 18:00-21:30 (17.5 hours/week) with pay of £12.71 per hour.

Successful candidates will perform cleaning duties to a high standard, demonstrating attention to detail and strong communication. Benefits include Auto Enrolment Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme, full uniform and 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of designated areas to the specified standard as per site instructions.
• Emptying of bins and disposal of recycled waste.
• Attend to spillages promptly to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Operate site-specific equipment and handling chemicals.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with on-site clients.

Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for two experienced cleaners to join the site cleaning team in at Orega Tootal Building in Manchester .

The successfulcandidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaningtasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. Youmust be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, havethe ability to communicate on all levels and provideflexibility to cover additional shifts, as and whenrequired.

Dutiesinclude:

• Cleaning ofdesignated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaningspecification is completed, as per the siteinstructions

• Attending tospillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within anefficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site andstaff safety
