Job summary

ABM Glasgow is seeking a hands-on operative to join our street cleansing and public space maintenance team. The role covers gum removal, graffiti removal, pressure washing, and litter clearance in Glasgow City Centre. You will work 32 hours per week on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, paid £13.44 per hour.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Able to work to routine schedules.

Responsibilities

• Chewing Gum removal, graffiti removal, pressure washing.
• Litter pick and sweep designated streets within Glasgow City Centre.
• Detail work on bollards, barriers, bins.
• Follow group and company policies and procedures.
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager.

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, 32 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.44 per hour
